Am I eligible for their loyalty membership points?
Yes, you are eligible for the points, some even gives you 2x loyalty points.
Every booking from TRUVI is a direct booking, unless if the property/brand specifically mentioned the otherwise.

I am one of their top-tier members. Are your offers better than mine?
Our offers are very competitive.
However, we would be happy to discuss with you to help you identify the most suitable ones for you.

Is there any minimum night to stay in order to get those benefits?
No minimum stay required unless specified by the hotel.
If a minimum stay is required, you will need to meet the requirement to be eligible for the benefits.

Can I pay with my credit card?
Absolutely. We accept bank transfer and credit card.
Please note that we might require your CVV to process the booking.
