Yes, you are eligible for the points.
Every booking from TRUVI is a direct booking, unless if the property/brand specifically mentioned the otherwise.


I am one of their top-tier members. Are your offers better than mine?
Our offers are very competitive.
However, we would be happy to discuss with you to help you identify the most suitable ones for you.


Is there any minimum night to stay in order to get those benefits?
No minimum stay required unless specified by the hotel.
If a minimum stay is required, you will need to meet the requirement to be eligible for the benefits.


How do I make the booking through TRUVI and where should I pay?
We can book the hotel on behalf of you (required credit card information that may or may not include CVV/CID) and you can pay directly to the hotel upon check-out. Alternatively, we can assist you on making an advance payment by bank transfer or credit card. Please note that TRUVI exchange rate may differ, and credit card processing fee will apply for advance purchase.
